Chrome Dome Designs strives to create the best quality pieces. If you are not satisfied with your piece we will replace it or repair it.  Please note that each item is an hand crafted artisan piece and will vary from other similar creations.

As each creation varies slightly and are custom artisan items Chrome Dome Designs cannot accept returns for these custom-made items.  The only items we can accept returns on are products from one of our collections.

After you have emailed this information we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your return authorization number.  

Please note that without an authorization number we will not accept any returns.
